By accessing or using the SCU ("Self Cut University") website, products, or services—including but not limited to the SCU Blueprint (digital framework), SCU Arsenal (physical and digital package), Skool community access, and any related content—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services or make purchases. By using SCU, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3.1 SCU Blueprint: A digital product comprising video tutorials, guides, and access to our Skool community. Delivery is immediate upon purchase confirmation.
3.2 SCU Arsenal: A physical and digital package including all Blueprint content plus hardware (clippers, trimmers, mirrors, etc.). Shipping terms, delivery estimates, and shipping costs will be communicated at checkout.
3.3 All prices are in the currency displayed and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a split-pay or installment option is expressly offered. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a separate refund policy or guarantee offered at the time of purchase.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be set forth in the specific offer, guarantee, or product page at the time of purchase. Absent a written refund policy for a given product, all sales are final. All content—including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software—is owned by SCU or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Access is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Upon valid purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for personal use only. You may not share login credentials, resell, redistribute, or allow unauthorized access. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
We use third-party platforms (e.g., Skool, payment processors) to deliver services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions, outages, or policies.
THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using our framework will meet your expectations. Hair cutting involves personal skill; outcomes vary.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCU AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SCU and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SCU operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated via email where appropriate.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
